When you visit Estiasi.com, either you send orders or emails, contact with Estiasi.com electronically. You therefore accept the right of Estiasi.com, respectively, to contact you electronically. All content on Estiasi.com, including, but not limited to, texts, graphics, trademarks, images (regardless of characteristics), digital files and software, is the exclusive property of Estiasi.com Online Store or content providers cooperate with the Online Store, and is protected by Greek and International copyright laws. The collection and use of any product catalogs, product descriptions or prices, any indirect use of the Online Store and its contents, for the benefit of another business, commercial or not, without the written consent of Estiasi company is prohibited.

LICENSE AND ACCESS TO THE ONLINE STORE

Estiasi provides its customers with a limited access and use license of the Estiasi.com Online Store, for placing orders and further communication with the company.        Visitors to Estiasi.com reserve a limited, revocable, and non-exclusive right to create a hyperlink to the Estiasi.com homepage on their website, provided that this hyperlink does not describe Estiasi.com., or their products or services in a false, misleading, derogatory or otherwise objectionable manner. Any unauthorized use terminates the license or access granted by Estiasi.

Estiasi, does not warrant that the Estiasi.com Online Store, the servers or the emails sent by Estiasi contain any viruses or other harmful content. Estiasi, is not responsible for any damage that may occur from the use of the Online Store including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental and consequential.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

Estiasi.com try to be as accurate as possible in terms of features, price, availability and product photos which are indicative and displayed in our Online Store. However, Estiasi.com is not responsible for cases that features or other content related to products sold through our Online Store is inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or generally in error. Also, all the prices mentioned are without the legal VAT and transportation costs. Estiasi, is not responsible if the connection and installation of the machines is not done by a qualified technician-installer. Finally, since many products are not so tradeable and are made only by order, the cost and availability of products of each order, immediately after shipment, is subject to a final price and availability check.

RIGHT TO CHANGE

Estiasi, reserves the right to make any changes to the Online Store, its commercial policy and the Terms of Use at any time it deems necessary.

APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES

The visitors of the Estiasi.com Online Store, automatically agree that the specific Terms of Use are subject to the Laws of the Greek State regarding any dispute that arises between the users and the Estiasi.com Online Store, and consequently of Estiasi Company.

Any dispute relating in any way to the use of the Estiasi.com Online Store or to the products or services sold through it, will first be resolved out of court. In case such a solution is not reached, the disputes and related issues will be resolved by Greek Law in the competent Courts of Athens.
